People seem to like to make jokes based on names, whether in friendly jest or to try and make a lame dig at people. :/

It just bugs me, because naming your child is a big deal. Typically, a  lot of thought goes into it, and the result is something the parents can be proud of. Making fun of the parents’ name choice is offensive and rude. If you have any shred of respect for the parents or the child, you should keep your mouth shut if you think it’s silly. It’s their decision, not yours.
