I watched it a lot too, as a kid and in high school mostly, but I only ever caught reruns and they were never in any particular order.

But for the past month or two I’ve been watching in order, and just… the feels for the season 3 finale… so many feels…

Now I know.

I’ve written stuff for Sherlock, Supernatural, Avengers, Doctor Who, and Harry Potter.

And I’m in the middle of a Harry Potter/Doctor Who crossover fic now, so there’s new stuff being written as we speak!

• For my Sherlock fanfics, I got Arthur Conan Doyle, which is pretty cool. Not sure if that’s because of the content or the style, though.
• For my Supernatural fanfics, I got Mario Puzo (The Godfather). I thought that was REALLY interesting.
• For my current Doctor Who/Harry Potter crossover fic, I got J.K. Rowling. Again, not sure if that’s content or style, but I am trying to imitate her style a bit with this fic. So mission accomplished, I suppose. :D
• For my most recent original [fantasy/historical-ish] work, I got Margaret Atwood. I haven’t read any of her works, but I thought that was pretty cool. 
• For an original [pretty typical young adult] story I wrote in 10th grade, I got Douglas Adams, which is AWESOME. I hadn’t read any of his work yet, back then, so that’s pretty cool.
• And for my recent post catching you guys up on how the past week has been for me, I got Chuck Palahniuk. Not really surprising considering the casual/conversational tone of it.

So I dunno what all that says about my style and how it changes depending on what I’m writing or when I wrote it, but it’s pretty neat, I think.

1. Yes-I wore the dress I actually got married in. It was inexpensive and gorgeous, but pretty busted up after the wedding so we saved it with the intention of using it for a future cosplay. LOW AND BEHOLD WIR CAME OUT!

2. Flippyfloppies. My feet hurt after wearing her armor boots all day. Deal with it muahaha
